My name is Dominic Murphy, a personal estate agent based in East Kent.My aim is to offer a unique and individual service, covering the Dover, Deal and Sandwich areas as well their surrounding villages.
I started my career within the property sector back in 1999, working for an award-winning local high street company and after 22 years, have decided to go it alone, sharing my wealth of experience.
Now I can focus on just a handful of clients at a time, which allows me to offer a one to one, personal service. I was never able to offer this individual service when I worked on the high street, looking after 50, 60 to sometimes 80 properties at a time.
My service will be about being honest, contactable and providing just one point of contact throughout the whole process; from meeting you, knowing your timescales to the valuation of your home, how it’s marketed, conducting viewings, right through to the offer negotiation and sales completion.
Together with my passion and experience, the main focus is to sell property in the fastest time and to get the best price in the most stress-free way possible. I use modern marketing tools, such as all the main online property portals, social media platforms, retain a well-managed mailing system as well as more traditional methods such as good old fashion talking.
A notable part of my success has been based on positive referrals and recommendations and I wish to gain the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf. I have a great deal of knowledge of the local area and am in tune with both buyer and seller’s needs.
I am a dedicated family man who was born in Margate and currently live in Sandwich. I am a massive music fan, into many musical genres as well as being a keen squash player of over 40 years and have reached a Division 1 level standard. I absolutely love travel and nature and going for both countryside and beach walks.
In a nutshell, I am a highly trusted, focused individual with a strong influence within the local community. I always strive to show an understanding in people by removing the chaos in what can be a complex and stressful period in their lives.
